David Cyrille establishes and maintains the GCRC IT network systems server.  He develops and maintains software systems to meet the needs of the investigators. Additionally, he ensures compliance with data safety and confidentiality standards and oversees the development of case report forms and implements measures to ensure confidential retrieval of data.
