Post Protocol Approval

Once your protocol is approved by the GCRC General Advisory Committee and a copy of the IRB approved paperwork is on file with our office you may:

• Contact Tracy Dourdounas, Nurse Manager of the GCRC (ext. 4-7759) to discuss the details for implementation of your GCRC activity. 
• Contact David Cyrille, Director of the GCRC Informatics & Data Management Core (ext. 4-7399), for development of scannable Teleforms
• If you will be using the services of the core lab you must contact Margaret McNurlan, PhD, Director of the Core Lab (ext. 4-8095).

The NIH guidelines for GCRC funding require that the General Clinical Research Center Grant #MO1RR10710 MUST be acknowledged in all publications of studies which employed GCRC resources. 

Our NIH funding also mandates the inclusion of women, minorities and children in protocol recruitment where applicable.  The recruitment guidelines require that subjects be recruited to reflect national rather than local demographics.
